The AI concierge
Pro and upA chat assistant that answers visitors from your site's own information — and only that.
The concierge already knows everything you've published — services, hours, contact details, events, prices — the moment you publish it. The Assistant tab is for what's not on the site:
- Extra facts — parking, accessibility, policies, the things people call to ask.
- Common questions answered — your own wording for recurring questions.
- Tone — one line on how it should sound.
- Never say — hard rules, like never quoting prices for custom work.
These save instantly (no publish step), and the Try it box talks to your real assistant so you can check the effect on the spot. Saved conversations appear under Conversations so you can see what visitors actually ask — often the best source of new FAQ entries.
Tip: The assistant refuses to invent details: if something isn't in your site or your notes, it says it's not sure and points to your contact form.
